The Milk Road is sold

Milk Road was bought. The project was launched only a year ago and has grown to 250,000 subscribers. There have been 265 issues. The new owners are Michael Wittmeyer and Kendall Saville. Mike built one of the largest online e-commerce sites for gold investors (JMBullion). Kendall has done the same in sports betting and is a big whale of a cryptocurrency and NFT.

They own a bunch of popular crypto sites (such as EthereumPrice.org, BitcoinPrice.com, PlaytoEarn.online, etc.) and now Milk Road.

Salary and bonuses cuts (and the FTX crash is to blame?)

Liquidity provider Paradigm announced a 15% pay cut for employees.

Amber has also announced that performance bonuses will be eliminated in 2022. And Amber will also lay off 400 to 1,300 employees, according to Bloomberg

According to Wu Blockchain, Binance is also preparing to cut year-end bonuses this year, and it has been announced to some teams that the bottom 20% of employees in this year’s performance rankings will not have an annual bonus. 

Cloud ban

Microsoft Corp. has updated its policy to prohibit customers from mining cryptocurrencies on its online services without prior written permission. The changes went into effect on December 1. In an update of Azure, the cloud platform, Microsoft said crypto-mining is banned in all online services as part of an action necessary to “protect the partner ecosystem.”

Trip with NFT

Scope Asia, the blockchain company better known as the parent company of Vacuum Coin, has teamed up with China’s largest online travel platform, Mafengwo. It will provide services to travelers through its NFTrip product. It is a travel voucher service being developed by Scope Asia and is one of many projects in the Vacuum Coin ecosystem. Scope Asia will promote online marketing to consumers interested in travel and tourism by creating various customized travel services and promoting them on the Mafengwo platform.

PayPal x MetaMask

PayPal has launched an integration with MetaMask, one of the most popular cryptocurrency wallets for Ethereum. Users will be able to buy Ethereum cryptocurrency by paying with PayPal. American clients of MetaMask will be the first to be able to try it.
