Amofah went missing on the evening of June 19, 2019. Later that night, on his “TR1Iceman” channel, he posted an apology video claiming to be mentally sick and suicidal. Following the recovery of his items on the Manhattan Bridge pedestrian walkway, Amofah’s body was located in the East River on June 24 by the New York City Police Department, who verified Amofah’s death online the next day. Amofah drowned after jumping from the Manhattan Bridge, according to the Office of Chief Medical Examiner on June 26.
