Reddit user WhiskasTheCat created an educational puzzle game about cryptocurrencies. The player’s purpose is to match the logos and names of the coins. The app is already out of beta testing and is available to play in the browser on a computer or mobile device for free. Do you think you know the name of all digital assets? Let’s find out.
The game is called Cryptyles. Several modes are available to the player, each with one puzzle for each day, and it’s the same for all users.
If the player has difficulty answering a question, hacks are available, for which he loses energy. Hacks are added every day, as well as by playing without using them.
The educational part of the game is that after each round, the user is given tips on the game and facts about cryptography. Also, to learn more about coins, you can click on them and get prompt information about digital assets.

Let’s grow together!
As the game progresses, the user can unlock more features, such as new modes that track detected coins, knowledge of cryptocurrency, and more.
It is worth mentioning that the game also has an internal cryptocurrency, which can be used to buy in-game goods. For example, in update 1.3, WhiskasTheCat added minimalistic crypto wallpapers.
“The game can be quite challenging; while it is more about deduction than knowing all the coins, you should set the difficulty to ease [sic] if you are new to crypto or don’t know many altcoins,” said the developer.
He also advises treating the game as a puzzle of logic and deduction: look at an image and see which name fits the most. For instance, in Moon Mines, there was a coin, PinkSale, nobody probably had ever heard of it, but also, only one image was colored pink. It’s a match!
